This is the redesign of a project that was over budget and had to be reduced in size and cost. It was located on an sloped site adjacent to the Blue Ridge Parkway. This created complex regulatory requirements that were successfully integrated into the design. To save money the basement level garage was removed and the shape of the house was simplified.
