This is second phase of the La Tapatia market in Gresham, OR. It was originally the exterior garden center for the grocery store that previously occupied the building. The project seismically upgrades the space and completely encloses it. The space will serve as additional shopping space and a stockroom for the market. Since it faces Stark St. it went through a years long design review process that was recently completed. The project includes site upgrades, such as driveway reconstruction, bike racks, and new trees.
