Oak Harbor Clean Water Facility
The city of Oak Harbor built a new waste water treatment facility on the banks of the Puget Sound. It was designed to be integrated into an existing waterfront park. This included smell mitigation measures, and complete reconstruction of the park. The administration facility (shown above) has become the logo for the town of Oak Harbor.
